oapen.abstract.otherlanguageDas Projekt „Fair Debattieren und Erörtern" (FDE) untersucht, wie mündliches Argumentieren die Fähigkeit zum schriftlichen Erörtern im Deutschunterricht fördert. Dafür wurde eine kontrollierte Interventionsstudie mit 355 Schüler:innen der 9. Jahrgangsstufe an Gymnasien und Nicht-Gymnasien durchgeführt. Die Studie testet die wechselseitige Beeinflussung von Debattier- und Erörterungskompetenz. Die Ergebnisse zeigen unterschiedliche Anwendungen beim Einsatz der Reihenfolgen Debattieren-Erörtern (DE) und Erörtern-Debattieren (ED).
