        Abstract
        Mit dem practical turn in der Wissenschaftsforschung avancierte das Experiment zu einem vielbeachteten Gegenstand historischer und wissenssoziologischer Untersuchungen. Eines wurde bislang jedoch weitestgehend ausgeblendet: der medizinische Menschenversuch. Dieses Buch widmet sich der Experimentalisierung des Menschen, indem es anhand der Syphilisforschung nachzeichnet, wie der Frauenkörper zu dem »Ding« (Hans Jonas) des Experiments wurde: Welche politischen Leitideen, welche gesellschaftlichen Projekte, welche literarischen Phantasien manifestierten sich in den Menschenlaboratorien des 19. Jahrhunderts?

        Export search results

        A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
