oapen.abstract.otherlanguageThe contribution focuses on the operational model regarding the mediatability of litigation applied to both the aggression of the backlog and the management of incoming flows. In the first part of the chapter, the prodromal activity of litigation mapping is discussed, while in the second part ample space is devoted to the analysis of mediatability indices. Finally, in the third part, the practical tools the operational model makes use of are set out.
