oapen.abstract.otherlanguageTaking inspiration from the title of a 2008 essay by Professor Del Punta (Le molte vite del divieto di interposizione nel rapporto di lavoro) and the idea that it recalls, the Author deals with the hypothesis that a “new life” is taking shape for the ban of interposition in employment relationships. In fact, this may once again become a protagonist of the scientific debate, as well as in court litigation, due to the foreseeable spread of forms of outsourcing characterised by the significant use of technology, owned and/or programmed and governed by the buyer, for the more or less automated organisation and management of the services of employees involved
