oapen.abstract.otherlanguageMoving from Riccardo Del Punta's writings on information asymmetries and regulatory techniques to compensate for them, the Author intends to highlight how these contributions can now constitute a beacon suitable to guide studies on the power imbalances arising from the use of digital platforms and artificial intelligence systems, due to the overt opacity of the algorithms used by them. This reflection is followed by a ‘Postilla’ with the Author's personal recollection of Riccardo Del Punta's methodological teachings, with particular reference to his approach to the debate on the relationship between labour law and economics.
