The recording and analysis of individual experience worlds via digital feedback communication offers new opportunities. In conjunction with the reconstruction of associated digital event chains, a customer's experience worlds can be recreated. The data from this experience world can then be fed into a management process. In order to economically use the resulting data volume for experience management, companies need referenceable models and IT architectures.en_US
