    Abstract
    Cet ouvrage explore l’existence potentielle d’une «mythologie onusienne» – un ensemble de vérités paradigmatiques structurant l’histoire globale autour de la dignité, l’égalité et la liberté. Par une analyse des textes produits par l’Organisation des Nations Unies, il met en lumière l’émergence d’un système métanormatif à portée mondiale. Les controverses sur les droits humains relatifs aux femmes et aux religions y jouent un rôle central, formant un socle de débats encore actuels à tous les niveaux de gouvernance (local, national et international). Partant du Discours sur les quatre libertés de Roosevelt en 1941 jusqu’aux Objectifs de développement durable en 2015, l’étude s’articule autour des principaux jalons du système onusien : émergence de l’Organisation des Nations unies, construction des droits humains, façonnement des droits relatifs aux femmes, façonnement des droits relatifs aux religions, et renouvellement des droits humains.

    Export search results
