        Abstract
        Die Geschichte des Kinos ist fundamental von der Ästhetik der Beleuchtung geprägt. In exemplarischen Einzelstudien analysiert Denis Grünemeier das faszinierende Wechselspiel von Licht und Schatten im Film. Dabei zeigt er eindrucksvoll durch die methodische Verknüpfung von Filmwissenschaft, Kunstgeschichte und Bildtheorie, dass Licht und Schatten über die Technik und Form hinaus wesentlich die Essenz und den Inhalt des Films bestimmen. Neben bekannten Regisseuren wie Kubrick, Murnau und Carlos Reygadas sind es die ausgewählten experimentellen Arbeiten Derek Jarmans und die Animationen der Quay Brothers, die den innovativen Status dieser Studie untermauern.

        Export search results

        The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

        A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
