        Abstract
This edited volume is dedicated to the relationship between educational science, media education and online research. The starting point is the question of what significance the comprehensive mediatisation and digitalisation of almost all areas of life has for society and individuals from an educational science perspective. The focus here is on the theoretical-conceptual and empirical-methodological challenges associated with digital change for (media education) research, in particular online research. Previous educational science and media education discourses on research in and with the Internet can be described as scattered and disparate. The aim of this volume is therefore, on the one hand, to bring together, discuss and summarise the (media) pedagogical approaches to online research. On the other hand, the challenges of the outlined changes for online research are examined from a theoretical-methodological, methodological and research-thematic perspective.; Der Sammelband widmet sich dem Verhältnis von Erziehungswissenschaft, Medienpädagogik und Online-Forschung.
