    Abstract
    Nachverdichten sowie Um- und Anbauen anstelle eines Neubaus - so lässt sich die aktuelle Devise in Architektur und Städtebau auf den Punkt bringen. Siedlungsbauten der Nachkriegsmoderne stellen in dieser Hinsicht einen wichtigen Faktor zur Wohnraumversorgung und Mietmarktstabilisierung in Großstädten dar. Lisa Kaufmann analysiert die Besonderheiten von Zeilenbauten sowie die Herausforderungen und Potenziale ihrer Weiterentwicklung. Dazu bündelt sie quantitatives und qualitatives Wissen als Entscheidungs- und Planungsgrundlage für zukünftige Nachverdichtungen. Im Fokus stehen das Weiterbauen, der Erhalt von Siedlungen der Nachkriegsmoderne und die Anpassung an heutige Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen.

    Export search results

    The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

    A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
