Abstract

Topics are the activation of friction in connections and the use of long screws, which lead to positional imperfections. Pragmatic approaches for the reuse of load-bearing timber components from deconstruction and country-specific approaches, experiences and building law aspects for high-rise timber buildings are discussed.
