Abstract
The article deals with freedom as non-domination, emphasising the importance of protecting individual freedoms against arbitrary power. Through an approach that integrates theories of influential thinkers such as Amartya Sen, Martha Nussbaum, and in dialogue with Riccardo Del Punta, the author provides a comprehensive framework for reinterpreting labour law.
