    Abstract
    The essay aims to investigate the demand of managerial and micro-organizational behaviours, increasingly necessary in our public apparatus, capable of preventing and neutralizing discomfort in the workplace before it degenerates into harmful cases recognized by anti-discrimination law or jurisprudence. The Author questions the configurability of a protectable claim of proactive approaches capable of anticipating the threshold of intervention and neutralizing ex ante the source of potential damage to bio-psycho-emotional integrity.

    Export search results

    The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

    A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
