    Abstract
How can people with psychiatric illness participate in the workforce? This question is answered by this volume, based on the results of a research project. Additionally, the theoretical framework and the actual concepts for improving the participation-process are presented. The research leads to innovative findings, such as the use of individual job-coaching and goalsetting for people with psychiatric illness, which can lead to sustainable organisational changes in professional services.
