        Abstract
This book analyzes the significance of the legal and narrative responses to crimes against humanity in Yugoslavia. It provides a comprehensive overview of the development of Yugoslav war crimes law and identifies key actors and institutions. At the same time it places the process of prosecuting crimes against humanity in the context of international developments and analyzes the domestic implications.
