Die Studie liefert so gleichzeitig Ansatzpunkte und mögliche Maßnahmen für die Verbesserung des Frauenanteils an technischen Hochschulen.; What does a gender-equitable university look like? The study thus simultaneously provides starting points and possible measures for improving the proportion of women at technical universities.
