    Abstract
    Rechtsförmige Praktiken produzieren in der Praxis mit, was als Religion gilt, und bearbeiten das dynamische Verhältnis zu anderen normativen Ordnungen. Dieses Buch untersucht die Wirkungsweisen von Rechtspraktiken in religiösen Organisationen anhand der Presbyterian Church of the Gold Coast (1954-55). Empirische Grundlagen sind bisher unerforschte, von lokalen christlichen Mitarbeitern verfasste Protokollbücher von Ältestenrats-Sitzungen – der Basis der kirchlichen Organisations- und Rechtsstruktur. Die Fallanalysen zeigen die Protokolle als reichhaltige Dokumente afrikanischer Religions- und Alltagsgeschichte und arbeiten ein Set von Rechtspraktiken heraus.

    Export search results
