    Abstract
    Eine in unserer Gegenwart verfemte Beziehung, die im 18. Jahrhundert individuelle Lebensläufe und das literarische Leben wesentlich mitbestimmte Patronage ist eine schriftintensive soziale Praxis. Sie ermöglicht die Aufnahme in soziale Netzwerke und die Entstehung literarischer Öffentlichkeiten. Briefe und Ratgeberliteratur über Briefe, aus freundschaftlicher Bewunderung und Kritik entstandene Texte, an Gönnerinnen und Gönner adressierte Lebensgeschichten erschaffen eine literarische Sphäre, die eigenen Gesetzen folgt. Glanz und Elend der Patronage als Ermöglichungsbedingung literarischen Überlebens sind nirgends schärfer gezeichnet als bei Anna Louisa Karsch und Jakob Michael Reinhold Lenz. Hier zeigt sich paradigmatisch, wie sich Patronage auf die Rezeption, Zirkulation und Überlieferung literarischer Texte auswirkt.

    Export search results

    The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

    A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.

    To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.
