    Abstract
    In „Quadraturen des Staunens“ wird die These entwickelt, dass sich Staunen in Ludwig Wittgensteins Wirken und Werk als signifikante, transformationsfähige und inkorporierende Figur mit intellektuellen und praxeologischen Valenzen bestimmen lässt. Die Monografie nimmt Wittgensteins Semantiken und Praktiken des Staunens unter den Vorzeichen krisenhafter Wissensordnungen der Zwischenkriegszeit 1918–1939 als epistemische, literarische und performative Operation in den Blick. Anhand seiner Theoreme und Verschriftlichungsstrategien und unter Einbezug biografischen Materials wird aufgezeigt, dass Staunen bei Wittgenstein kognitive und affektive Störungsmomente auslöst, die die Faktizität einer etablierten Wirklichkeit problematisieren und zugleich Teil eines aufmerksamkeitsökonomischen Programms sind.

    Export search results
