Chapter El derecho a utilizar los medios telemáticos de la empresa para el ejercicio de la acción sindical
Language
SpanishAbstract
In order to ensure the effective exercise of the right to collective representation and trade union action, the employer has a legal obligation to provide workers' representatives with the necessary means. Digital disruption and the widespread use of new information and communication technologies (ICT) show a certain obsolescence in the legal regulation of these business duties, which continue to consist basically of providing suitable premises and a notice board. In particular, the use of corporate email for trade union purposes and possible company controls and limitations on its use are analysed
