Abstract
The essay analyses, with regard to the public and private sector, the impact of organizational-management models based on the delegation of functions and signature on the definition of the object of the contractual obligation of the worker, whether managerial or otherwise, and of the related responsibilities, reaching the conclusion of the equal motivation for the use of these institutions, without prejudice to the structural differences between delegation of functions and signature, connected to a need for functionality of the administrative and entrepreneurial action, and the prevalence on the level of the employment relationship of elements of commonality also with regard to the powers, rights and responsibilities of the delegating party and the delegate
