    Abstract
    El acoso laboral o mobbing, ha sido reconocido y regulado en Colombia a partir de la expedición de la Ley 1010 de 2006, a través de la cual se pretende identificar, prevenir y sancionar las situaciones de acoso que se den en el lugar de trabajo. Sin embargo, ante la novedad del tema y su regulación jurídica, han surgido numerosas dudas con respecto a su identificación, sanción y posibilidad de denuncia. Este libro busca abordar estas inquietudes desde el punto de vista jurídico, a partir de una revisión sistemática de la ley, así como de la elaboración de distintas líneas jurisprudenciales y la revisión normativa.

    Export search results
